How does your media product represent particular social groups?

The people that my social group is aimed at is not clearly defined as rockers, mods or goths where it hasnt got a clear stereotype, however they are out there and i am looking at people with high fashion who are low middle class ladies who have grown up into a reasonabile background. The picture above shows somebody who may represent the ideal audience of my magazine showing an interest in  a creative artist style. Hair and clothing is quite similar to the style of my own target audience featured on the main cover of my own magazine and feature article, with the postures being quite similar in terms of "playfullness".  My subculture isnt identified through the use of behavoiour or "subvert"sterotypes that my audience hold they are simply identified through their use of fashion, music they listen to and interests and the majority of my "indie audience" are in further education and have the occupation as "students".  The dermographic profile for my target audience will be 75 % of females, who are young and around the ages of  `17- 25 , middle class, B1 and C1.  The fashion style which usually represents my audience as indie would be vintage t-shirts and tight jeans, here i have included a video which i found in my research of representation of my social group, this shows that my audience are "individual" where they all try to be unique and not follow the mass marketing trends to bring out their own personalities.
Looking at the two photographs they look very similar in terms of playfull-ness, i have generally tried to think about the types of styling for an indie magazine, and make it important that you can see my magazine is focused on music, by adding brightly coloured headphones similar to a photograph found in my research. I wanted to show a confident pose which reveals her tattoo to show individuality of my model and the serious passion for music that a "indie" audience would have.
I have also tried to use alternative wording of slang in my contents and double page spread to give my magazine a more youthful representation. My media product represents young 17 - 25 year old's as i have also advertised on my main cover the chance to win tickets to the festival lattitude, which represents something my target audience would be interested in.
